You are planning to bring home your new baby very soon, you have a nursery planned but you want to make sure that you have everything you need in it before the baby comes home. Here is a check list of the necessary items you will need. First off you will need a baby crib or a bassinet. That all depends on where you prefer the baby to sleep when he comes home. You will need a baby monitor so you can hear your baby when you aren’t in the room.
The next thing you will need is a changing table stocked with baby diapers, wipes, baby clothes, thermometer, tissues, hand sanitizer for you, baby lotion and baby oil. Then you need a diaper genie to put the dirty diapers in, these are great when the baby is young, once the baby is one years old, the genie kind of out uses its purpose. A garbage can for the other disposable things.
A dresser is necessary so you can put away the babies clothes, like onesies and baby outfits that do not need to go in the closet. A small toy box for the rattles and other small toys a baby can use. That should round out the nursery, you can add a rocking chair and a radio if you like but those are a matter of preference. Now you have the perfect room to bring baby home in.
